Heat, Fire & Smoke Ventilation Solution
Whether employed as a standalone ventilation system or seamlessly integrated with roof-mounted counterparts, our Z Series wall louvres provide innovative, aesthetically pleasing designs. Rigorously tested against all pertinent Australian Standards, these louvres stand out as an excellent choice when a dependable, cost-effective, 'green,' and sustainable natural ventilation system with added fire protection is needed.
Airocle's Z series comprises operable, wall-based louvres designed to meet the demands of a diverse range of applications.
Why Choose Airocle Z Series Wall Louvres
Optimal airflow
Exceptionally crafted to facilitate robust airflow for ventilation and smoke exhaust, while mantaining the low-profile
Energy efficient
Airocle’s innovative design principles and superior construction methods mean total energy usage and associated costs are reduced.
CSIRO & NATA Tested
NATA & CSIRO tested to AS2428 Australian Standards: Rain & Wind, Fire, and Airflow
Compliant to AS 2427
Materials and construction compliant to AS 2427 for Smoke & Heat release vents
Effective & Reliable
All our rotary vents are compliant with the Building Code of Australia (BCA). Not only this, but they’re certified by leading research centres - CSIRO and NATA - for performance, reliability, and durability.
Economical
Airocle engineered construction provides robust, long-lasting and trouble-free ventilators that need minimal maintenance and repair.
Their superior design features maximise efficiency and offers continual service, even in adverse conditions.
A bespoke design made just for you
Airocle’s continual investment in product innovation means we’re at the cutting edge of the natural ventilation industry while meeting the highest standards.
The Z Series wall louvres are able to be linked into fire control management systems. The system can then be provided with fire indication panels to allow environmentally-beneficial, passive air ventilation via either automatic or manual control.
Optional rain and drist sensors, wind monitors and a fire mode over-ride application allows for the Z Series louvres to work across a range of dynamic environments. Speak to our team for a personalised quote of installation. We can customise the design to meet your specifications.

Have a question about the Z Series?
Yes, effective natural ventilation design considers factors such as building orientation, prevailing wind directions, window placement, and the incorporation of features like operable windows, vents, and thermal mass to optimise airflow. These are the key focuses we will look for to ensure you will get the most out of your ventilation. If you have other goals and objectives you need to meet, please speak with our staff so we can make recommendations for considerations to make.
The level of servicing and maintenance your system requires depends on the type of system you have, your building conditions, and whether it is fixed or operable.
Our expert technicians will take care of all of this for you, providing you with a comprehensive servicing and maintenance schedule that covers all requirements – removing any worry about non-compliance or the risk of system failure in an emergency.
As we design and engineer all our products, we know exactly how to keep them operating as well as the day they were installed, even after months of intense, heavy-duty industrial venting.
They change often depending on the time of the year. Every product is made in-house located in Picton, NSW. Since all products are customisable, we normally ask for a 6-week lead time to ensure a timely delivery.
